Despite the band having to bring in a last minute replacement session drummer, Alex Atkinson, Elias T Hoth belted out crowd-pleasing tune after tune as if they’d been performing together for years! Alex did a fantastic job, with his own highly inventive self produced 2 min drum solo that sent the large chanting Colne crowds wild.

The band started out with their classic opener, “Mississippi burnin”, followed by a Total Biker FM favourite, “Wanted By The FBI”.  Their set also included “A Liddle bit a Sinnin”, “Louisiana train” and “Hex on you” as well as the ZZ Top cover “Tush”.  One of the highlights of the night was the bands unique southern drawling version of the AC/DC classic “Highway to Hell”!

Elias T Hoth finished the set with another favourite of ours, “Rollin Thunda”, although the crowds were not willing to let the band go without another couple of tracks for an encore!

Elias T Hoth proved once again they are one of the best live hard rockin southern bands around!  If you get the opportunity to see Elias at a venue near you, grab it with both hands!!

The show was all in aid of raising money for West Yorkshire Air Ambulance who are a very important charity, especially to bikers and do not get any government funding.

The show kicked off with Jordan’s own DJ playing some great rock tunes through the afternoon. Band of Oz were the first of the bands on stage and entertained the crowd with some great cover songs old and new.

As the sun shon into the afternoon, there was a great charity auction with signed caps, tshirts and more and then followed the famous pie eating competition. 3 minutes was all people had to eat as many pork pies as possible and it turned out to be quite a tought test as the winner only managed just over 3 pies!

Late into the afternoon and the winners were announced for the bike show including best paint job, best best custom, best sports bike and best in show. Some great machines were on display (pictures to follow soon).

Then the headline act and friends of Total Biker FM, The Untold Sorrow took the stage. A great band playing an hour of their own music rocking the crowd to the end of what was a great day. Excellent turnout and a lot of fun had all in aid of a very good cause.

Total Biker FM were able to broadcast the live bands and hopefully, some of you were able to catch the atmosphere as we broadcasted.

Hopefully, Total Biker FM will be back at Jordan Bikes for another show in the near future.

On October 31^st and November 1^st Alice will perform two very special and unique Halloween shows at The Roundhouse, London.  For these performances, Alice will be joined by world-renowned alternative performer Jim Rose (of the infamous Jim Rose Circus) as well as Zodiac Mindwarp and The Love Reaction.

But wait!  The line-up is by no means complete, nor depraved enough yet.  Alice is seeking new performers to enhance these ghoulish shows.  Think circus sideshow, think freaky, think unbelievable, shocking and totally weird.  Nothing less will impress the master of all things horrific!

For a period of 5 days only (ending 7th August), Alice will be accepting video submissions of ‘sideshow and freak acts’ to his website (www.alicecooper.com).  We know Britain’s Got Talent, but has Britain Got Freaks????  The best will be invited to a live audition on 9^th August at… The London Dungeon, 28-34 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2SZ at 7.30pm where they will ‘perform’ in front of a panel of judges in what will surely be the most bizarre talent show this country has ever seen!  The freakiest and most outrageous sideshows will then become part of Alice Cooper’s Halloween Night of Fear at the Roundhouse on 31^st October and 1^st November.

Jim Rose: The Jim Rose Circus is a modern-day circus freak show, founded by Jim Rose in the early 1990’s and which found fame during Lollapalooza in 1993.  His show features a mixture of the bizarre, the comic and the repulsive… and has since achieved world-wide cult status.

Zodiac Mindwarp & The Love Reaction are renewing their association with Alice Cooper, having toured with Alice in 1988, a year after they achieved a top 20 with “Prime Mover”.  Zodiac Mindwarp also co-wrote “Feed My Frankenstein” for Alice.

Launched in 2006, Biker Match gained immediate popularity within the UK biking community for many reasons – mainly the very friendly and relaxed attitude, as well as the dedication of many members in the community to create a fun, exciting and enjoyable club for UK bikers.

Founded originally as a dating site, Biker Match transformed within a year to become the largest UK website dedicated to events and socialising – a kind of Facebook for bikers.

In just a year since their first gig, The Mercy House have had one of their tracks featured in Classic Rock Magazine’s cover CD, won Metal Hammer’s unsigned competition to open for NY hardcore giants Biohazard in London, received airplay and great praise on Bruce Dickinson’s Friday Rock Show, and bagged a nomination for ‘New Band of the Year’ for the 2010 Pure Rawk Awards.

Their music focuses on the internal politics and personal strife facing them on a daily basis, the sole intention being to hit the UK music scene with a clenched fist. “I met Roxy at the door of the Square, Harlow while playing a gig and he bought a cd. Little did I know he would come and audition for the band and have learned and played the songs note for note perfectly, but more importantly with the right feeling the music needs! Needless to say I hired him straight away and am continually glad that I did!”

With mad young Ben who has done far too much in his young life, such as touring with Iron Maiden in his teens playing the drums and The Hippy Alex playing bass these four musicians are gonna shake up the rock world and make their own luck!
